- Gateway Technical College is one of 16 technical colleges in the Wisconsin Technical College System. Gateway is a leader in providing
technical education, training and technological resources to ensure economic growth and viability in Southeastern Wisconsin.
- As part of the Gateway’s sustainability initiatives built around policies, energy management, instruction/curriculum, facilities design
and recycling, the college installed a 2.82-kW dual-axis solar tracker outside of its Horizon Center for Green Technology. Tracker
production is shown on a flat-screen monitor in the Horizon Center where students can view daily kilowatt-hours.
