This program is available to Upper Michigan Energy Resources customers only.
If you use little or no energy during the winter, you can choose to receive only six bills,
instead of 12 monthly bills. Bills are generated June through November.
The seasonal rate for energy use is the same as the standard rate. Because
you're only being billed for six months, you'll see double customer charges during
those six months. Ultimately, your annual costs are the same as with year-round
billing, but you gain the convenience of fewer bills.
