It's ridiculous to have to pay a fee to pay a bill!!!!! Then when I tried to pay the bill online it kept giving me an error msg saying I couldn't do it online!!!! Some convenience, you charge to pay online and when I want to you tell me I can't do it!!!!! You really have a scam going since you know people have no alternative!!!

No longer allows me to submit payments. I have been using this app for my account management and payments for years. Starting in March 2025, when I get to the "Submit Payment" option, I get a pop-up with an exclamation mark and statement that says "Oops! Looks like something went wrong. Please try again later." I submitted an error report in the app in March (4 weeks ago), tried again today, same message. I called the Tech support line, was told they could not help, submit in app store.

Decent, but needs improved functionality. Like a search bar or option if you cannot find a feature you need. Or a section added to usage that gives you an update on how your next bill is looking so far. Increase ease of use, and accessibility features for those of us that need it. An example being dark mode for those with sensitivity to bright lights. A live chat function to directly chat message with a rep for those with disabilities that make phone calls difficult, like if a person is mute.
