If you set up online account access, you can pay the same way you do now, but you gain the option of paying online through our site, using your bank account. If you want to use your account access to pay online, you need your bank account number.

When you have online account access, you can stop your paper bill by paying electronically through:


Your paper bill stops after we receive 2 consecutive electronic payments.

You may contact us at anytime to return to a paper bill and continue to access your account and pay electronically.

Group bills

Group bills consolidate multiple energy bills into a single statement. If you already have a group bill, you may view summary statements and individual accounts online. Others authorized to enroll in the same group bill account may use their own name and password. To reduce costs and help the environment, only summaries are sent in paper form. If you do not have a group bill and want to set one up, call 800-714-7777.
