Terms and conditions

  1. Accounts that are two consecutive payments overdue will be removed from Budget Billing.
  2. Joint gas/electric accounts will be enrolled as one energy account. Electric/gas accounts will not be separated for Budget Billing.
  3. If you want to be removed from the Budget Billing program, you will be expected to pay the total amount due, which is your Budget Payment plus your Settlement Balance.
  4. If you pay more than the amount due, your overpayment will appear as a credit on the budget amount due on your next bill. If you want the overpayment to be applied to your settlement balance, please call our customer service number at (800) 242-9137 and speak with one of our customer service representatives.
