Services ― free

Personal education– Professional energy advisers can speak to your employees, membership or group about ways to identify and use energy more efficiently in your organization and in their homes. This is offered as a one-on-one service or in the form of an awareness, community or employee event.

Energy assessment– An expert energy adviser can conduct a free walk-through assessment of your buildings and provide written recommendations prioritized by energy and cost savings.

Energy teams– We can help you start an energy team or contribute to an existing team to better integrate energy management into your organization. Teams typically plan and implement specific energy improvements, measure and track energy performance, and communicate to key stakeholders.

ENERGY STAR® Benchmarking– Using the national energy performance rating, or ENERGY STAR Benchmark Score, the Education and Awareness program can help your organization evaluate a building’s energy performance and compare it to peers. Assistance setting up and using Portfolio Manager also is provided.

Practical energy management– This interactive training class facilitated by Focus on Energy provides important insights on energy efficiency. The Education and Awareness team can help you get registered.

Energy Analysis– Energy Analysis provides access via secure Internet connection to more than two years of meter data, stored in 15-minute increments, so you can analyze and track your load profile data. Education and Awareness staff can assist you in using this product.

Business Account Online– Your Education and Awareness energy adviser will show businesses how to forecast energy use with Business Account Online, a feature of we-energies.com. Two years of monthly billing data can be securely viewed and downloaded, then adjusted for price, weather and operational information to develop customized energy forecasts.

One-2-Five® Energy– The Education and Awareness program offers a global benchmarking tool and rating system called One-2-Five that provides a range of diagnostic tools to assess your internal energy cost management systems and procedures. One-2-Five can be used to track improvements in business systems and provide roadmaps for advances toward best practices in energy management.
